If a guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no need to explain why. Open your download link (or sign in to your library) and use “Request a refund” on the guide. We refund your original payment method and access to that guide ends.
After 14 days
Once the window has passed, purchases are final. But we always stand behind delivery: if a file won't download, is corrupt, or you didn't get access after paying, contact us any time and we'll fix it or re-send it at no cost — regardless of the date.
